The East African Centre for Human Rights (also known as EACHRights) is a non-partisan, Regional Non-Governmental Organization that seeks to initiate and undertake programs that promote, protect, and enhance Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights (ECOSOC Rights) in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania for vulnerable and marginalized groups.
Each rights wanted to create an evoking campaign in favor of child rights. The objectives of the campaign lined towards, protecting children rights, end FGM, end children marriages, and more so keep children in school. Nonetheless, they did not want the use of sad pictorials such as sad children. 
The task fell on EKAR to come up with artwork that captures the challenges these children face and still appeal to the target audience. We did amazing artwork, our clients were ecstatic, but more so we attained the campaign objective.
Each piece of the images used, communicated the pain, bitterness, and unfair terms that these children go through. It was a thrilling process creating these pieces. Of great fulfillment though, was being part of this great initiative.
