Why?
Bdelo was an amazing product. Ironically though, it was not moving as desired on the shelves. Bdelo then approached EKAR in 2014, seeking a solution.
How?
Despite being a prime product, Bdelo was not communicating its beauty to its target audience. A case of not having professional brand positioning in the market. We took up a distinctive alternative approach towards product innovation, brand positioning and creative thinking.
We did the redesign and re-packaging of the Bdelo tortilla chips. A directive enabling them be stocked in retails stores such as Nakumatt, Chandarana and Naivas amongst others. Sales for the Bdelo tortilla chips changed from not moving to sky rocketing.
