Why?
In November 2015, StarTimes approached EKAR. It was struggling to sell its decoders through its retail outlets and retain its current clients.

How?
EKAR proposed to carry out on ground targeted marketing campaigns through roadshows. For the next three years, the roadshows were carried out periodically countrywide.

The roadshows interjected close-up consumer interactions which went on to improve the company’s image. From this, the company could identify their challenges with their StarTimes product and provide impactful solutions.

How?

From our initiatives, Star Times experiences a tremendous increase in their sales of up to 40% of their total sales countrywide. The company was able to also attain its target reach of up to one (1) million plus subscribers.
